1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tokens used to maintain a session, remember a preference, or protect a request. Some disappear when you close the browser; others remain until their expiry or deletion.

2. What Arena currently uses

• Authentication and session: to keep you signed in and return you to the correct part of the Service.
• Security: to protect sign-in and requests, prevent cross-site request forgery, and detect misuse.
• Preferences: to remember choices such as light or dark appearance on a device.
• Operational storage: temporary browser state needed for a feature to work reliably.

These technologies are necessary to provide the feature you request or remember a choice. Arena does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels. The public site does not currently set non-essential analytics cookies.

3. Duration

Session technologies may expire when your session or browser ends. Persistent security or preference storage remains until its configured expiry, you clear it, or it is replaced. Exact names and durations can vary by browser, security configuration, and deployment.

4. Your controls

Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data. Blocking necessary storage may stop sign-in, security, preferences, or other features from working. Because we do not currently activate non-essential cookies, Arena does not show a cookie-consent banner.

5. Future analytics or advertising

Before activating a non-essential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this notice and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out control required for the technology and the people using it. We will not intentionally send Customer Content or sensitive information to advertising platforms.
